SQL Server Launch 2016 Event and Discovery Day

Central Illinois SQL Server User Group SQL Server Launch 2016 Event and Discovery Day on Saturday, June 18th from 8:45 AM until 5:00 PM at Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc. in Springfield IL.  We will have SQL Server MVP, Kathi Kellenberger, who is an amazing instructor and mentor,  tell us about the great new features of SQL Server 2016!  Chris Thompson, a Premier Field Engineer with Microsoft and a great presenter and very knowledgeable with Microsoft products, will also be presenting on Microsoft SQL Server 2016.

This won’t be your ordinary group event - you will be asked to participate and help solve a problem using SQL Server and PASS data. Towards the end of the day, you’ll present these ideas to the group and the winning team will receive prizes! Judging will be done by our MVP.

Microsoft will be providing breakfast, lunch and some snacks.  We’ll also be giving out Microsoft SWAG. You will get a lot out of this intense day, and you will walk away with concrete usage examples and of course some excellent networking with your SQL Server peers.

SQL Saturday's

PASS SQLSaturday’s are free 1-day training events for SQL Server professionals that focus on local speakers, providing a variety of high-quality technical sessions, and making it all happen through the efforts of volunteers. Whether you're attending a SQLSaturday or thinking about hosting your own, we think you'll find it's a great way to spend a Saturday – or any day.  I've only listed a few that are in driving distance; many more are listed at the "SQL Saturday" home page.
